Water Buffalo Bone Hanging Floral Hook Fake Gauge Earrings look like large gauge, but fit "normal" un-stretched piercings. They are hand made in Indonesia from natural water buffalo bone, so some variation is present from the pair shown in this image and also from piece to piece within a pair.

Approximate Dimensions: 2.6" tall x 0.95" wide

Wire posts are about 18 gauge and fit "normal" piercings

This style is also availble in large gauge sizes for stretched piercings (see link below).
