These septum tusks are hand carved from natural material, so some variation exists from piece to piece, and also from the spike shown in this photo. Gauge size measurements may be off by up to 1/2 size. For example, if you select 0 gauge, the actual size may be larger than 0 gauge, but smaller than 00 gauge.
