Rather than mass-manufactured, these Septum Pinchers were made by hand from natural materials, so some variation (such as color, texture, size, etc.) is present from piece to piece and from the one shown in this photo. Actual size of Septum Pincher may vary up to approx. 1/2 size from size listed. For example, if you select a 2 gauge Septum Pincher, the actual size may be smaller than 2 gauge but bigger than 3 gauge.



Septum Pinchers have a small overall diameter (about the size of a dime) and a small insertion gap. If you have a large septum, then CBR's may fit you better. CBR's have a larger overall diameter and a larger insertion gap. (see link to CBR's below)
