Shipping Rates and Policies

All products are shipped from Morgan, Utah U.S.A.

We use UPS or USPS to ship our products to you. We have found their services to be reliable and efficient. Our web site is integrated with UPS Online to determine the actual shipping charges, or you are charged a flat rate for USPS Priority Mail. Shipping insurance is included with every order. We offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and USPS Priority Mail Shipping options. Orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday, within 1 business day of placing your order. Shortages in inventory, incomplete address info, weather complications, holidays and other factors can affect delivery. For this reason, ground service delivery dates are not guaranteed. If we are unable to ship you order within 1 business day we will attempt to contact you if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address and/or phone number. If it is critical that you receive your delivery by a certain date within a two week window, we highly recommend you select one of the expedited UPS shipping options (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air). Zuki Imports, LLC and our shipping partners, UPS and USPS go to great lengths to process these orders as quickly as possible.

*Hawaii and Alaska Residents* UPS 3 Day Select Shipping is not available in your state. Please select UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air or USPS Priority Mail. If you choose UPS 3 Day Select then there will be a delay in your shipment until we can contact you to make other arrangements which will adjust your shipping cost.

**International orders outside U.S.A. - Yes, we can ship to you. However, our web site is not set up to take these orders. Please contact us by filling out our Contact Form or by calling +01(801)829-3394. Let us know what you'd like to order and your shipping address. We'll calculate the total and let you know the shipping options that are available to you.

Our shipment packaging is made from post-consumer recycled and/or natural materials when possible. We re-use packaging that is in good re-shippable condition and recycle what's left.
We recently started using padding for some shipments that is made from 50% bamboo and 50% cotton. Let's hear it for the farmers!
